This is the only blog in today's web which is full of noncommercial content and allowing its visitors to have more back-links and large traffic to their site/blog .First of all you need to know what is a back-link.A back-link is incoming links to your website/blog.These incoming links may be presented in others website/blog with a anchor-text.

for example the html code janani4u will provide a back-link for janani4u with a anchor text "janani4u"
The Google and Google like search-engines constantly crawls over the web for these back-links.the links which are do-follow will be taken into account and no-follow links will not be counted.

When someone search for a keyword in Google/other ,The site which has more back-links with that keyword(anchor-texts) will be displayed first and then other in deceasing order of their total no. of back-links.No. of visitors will not get you to top position of search-engines.So all you have to do is post as many back links you can all over the web and these should be do-follow in manner.
